At Virage Nord, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

As Virage Nord specializes in the resale of football jerseys, minor signs of age or wear specifically described in the product listing are not considered defects and do not qualify as grounds for a return.
Free Returns
Virage Nord provides free return shipping for eligible returns. Once your return request has been approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days after the return has been approved, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
